Gianni Serazzi is a transatlantic healthcare investor and board-level advisor with more than three decades of experience spanning MedTech, Biotech, and HealthTech. Born in Padua , he earned a degree in economics from Università di Padova before completing an MBA at the Wharton School in the United States, combining European roots with American financial rigor. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson , where he developed deep expertise in medical device strategy and global market access. He later joined OrbiMed Advisors in Boston , rising to Partner and leading investments in high-growth healthcare ventures across innovation hubs. Since 2012, through Serazzi Health Ventures, Gianni has served as an independent advisor and board member to companies in MedTech, Biotech, and AI-driven HealthTech.
